Thomas Berner has worked as a project manager in the industrial sector, specializing in the automotive and chemicals sectors and also in the logistics, wholesale and retail trade fields. Mr. Berner completed his studies in business management at the Westfälische Wilhelms University in Muenster, Germany.
He then went on to assume executive positions at various leading European banks with responsibility for corporate finance issues, most recently as the Head of Structured Finance for a major Dutch bank in Germany.
